The NMMGA will once again sponsor a spring sale next year in April. Advertising will begin in January of 2007.
The sale will be offered in a "pen sale" format rather than an auction.
John and Laura Wilson owners of Lonely Point Farms in Tijeras proudly announce their new USDA inspected goat sausage. The sausage has a unique blend of red and green chile as well as the traditional sage spices familiar to most sausages. The response so far has been amazing. The sausage will be available in local stores this fall. The Wilson’s also plan on offering it on their website www.lonelypointfarms.com .
